If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch via email at yanik@kolibrico.art within 5 days of receiving your package. Once we understand the situation, we will discuss the different options and solutions available to you.

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order and we will find a solution.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items

Refunds will only be issued when I receive the product in question. It must be like new. Once we have reached an agreement, you will have a maximum of 20 days to send the item to me. You will be responsible for delivery costs. You must keep your invoice and proof of delivery.

Damaged items: Please send me pictures so that I can assess the situation and find a solution.

Lost items: Items lost during shipping may be replaced 30 business days from the original shipment date. Please make sure your contact details are correct, as items that are successfully delivered (to the wrong address) will not be refunded.
